999w Terms & Conditions

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "999w", "We", "Us", "Our" refers to the 999w platform operating at https://999w.club, including its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, and licensors.
• "Player", "You", "Your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers for, or uses the 999w platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal gaming account created by a Player upon successful registration on the 999w platform.
• "Platform" refers to the 999w website, mobile web interface, any associated applications, and all services, games, and features accessible through them.
• "Services" means all gaming, betting, casino, lottery, esports, and ancillary services offered by 999w.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet tokens, free spins, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's account.
• "Real Money Balance" means actual funds deposited by a Player and available for wagering or withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked before they become eligible for withdrawal as Real Money.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification procedures required by 999w's licensing obligations.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the primary transaction currency supported by 999w for Pakistani players.

By accessing the 999w platform, creating an Account, or using any of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and 999w.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 999w platform and close your Account if one has been created. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, which together form the complete agreement governing your use of 999w.

Access to and use of the 999w platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while using the platform.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, partnerships, trusts, and other legal entities may not register as Players.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current or former employee of 999w, its parent company, affiliates, or any partner company involved in the provision of the platform's services.
• You must not be self-excluded from 999w or any associated gaming platform under an active self-exclusion agreement.

999w is committed to preventing underage gambling. If you become aware of any minor using the platform, please contact our support team immediately at support@999w.club.

To access 999w's full suite of services, you must register a personal Account. The following conditions apply to the registration and maintenance of your Account:

• One Account per person: Each individual may hold only one Account on the 999w platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. 999w reserves the right to close any duplicate accounts and forfeit associated balances.
• Accurate information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information at the time of registration and keep this information updated. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 999w will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to secure your credentials.
• No account sharing: You must not allow any third party to access or use your Account. Each Account is strictly personal and non-transferable.
• Notification of compromise: If you suspect your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 999w support immediately.

999w reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being obliged to provide a reason for such refusal.

In compliance with our international gaming licence obligations and applicable anti-money laundering standards, 999w is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals. This process is referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification.

As part of the KYC process, you may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents:

• A copy of your valid Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) — front and back
• Proof of residential address (recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 3 months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of JazzCash or EasyPaisa account matching the registered mobile number, or bank statement header)
• Source of funds declaration for high-volume depositors where required under our licence obligations

Documents must be submitted through the secure upload portal in your account settings. 999w does not accept documents via email, chat, or any other channel. All submitted documents are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

All financial transactions on the 999w platform are subject to the following terms:

Deposits:

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction within your account dashboard and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your Real Money Balance instantly or within a few minutes.
• Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are subject to standard bank processing times, typically 1–2 business days.
• 999w does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals can only be processed to a payment method that matches the identity on your verified 999w Account.
• Withdrawals require completed KYC verification. Unverified accounts cannot process withdrawals.
• 999w reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal at its sole discretion.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same method used for the deposit where technically possible.
• Any balance accrued through suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or system exploitation will be withheld pending investigation and may be permanently forfeited.

999w offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to its players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are credited as Bonus Funds and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to Real Money and withdrawn.
• Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, standard wagering requirements on 999w bonuses are 35x the bonus amount within a defined completion period.
• Bonus Funds must be wagered on eligible games as specified in the individual promotion's terms. Certain games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirements.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully satisfied.
• 999w reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets on the same event to guarantee completion of wagering requirements, opening multiple accounts, or colluding with other players.
• 999w reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

All betting and gaming activity on the 999w platform is governed by the following general rules, in addition to specific rules applicable to individual products (sports betting, live casino, slots, esports, bingo, lottery):

• All bets are final once confirmed. 999w does not accept requests to cancel or void bets after they have been accepted, except where expressly permitted under specific event rules.
• 999w reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were manifestly incorrect as a result of a technical error or human error in odds compilation.
• In the event of a technical failure during a live game or bet settlement, 999w will endeavour to resolve the situation fairly based on available data. Our decision in such cases is final.
• Minimum and maximum bet stakes are displayed at the point of wagering and may vary by event, game, and player account status.
• 999w reserves the right to limit betting activity for any player at any time at its sole discretion, including restricting maximum stakes or limiting access to certain markets.
• The outcome of all casino games using RNG technology is determined by certified random number generation and is not influenced by 999w or any third party.

Game-specific rules for cricket betting, live casino, slots, esports, bingo, and lottery are detailed within the relevant product sections of the platform. Players are expected to familiarise themselves with applicable product rules before wagering.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 999w platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an account under a false identity
• Using software, bots, scripts, or other automated tools to interact with the platform in any way
• Exploiting technical errors, loopholes, or glitches in games or betting markets for financial gain
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion, or manipulation of sporting events or game outcomes
• Placing bets on events where you have inside information not available to the general public
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering or illegal financial activity
• Attempting to use stolen payment methods, fraudulent bank details, or chargebacks to fund your account
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 999w staff or other players through any communication channel
• Sharing or selling your account credentials to any third party
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is expressly prohibited by local law

All content on the 999w platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, interface designs, software, game content, text, and data — is the exclusive property of 999w or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any portion of the platform's content
• Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on any platform software
• Use the 999w name, logo, or trademarks in any context without prior written authorisation
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the platform

Any unauthorised use of 999w's intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may expose you to legal liability.

999w collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

In summary, 999w uses your personal data to:

• Verify your identity and process KYC requirements under our licensing obligations
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions
• Detect and prevent fraud, money laundering, and other prohibited activities

• Any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own failure to maintain adequate account security
• Any losses arising from delays in KYC verification caused by your failure to provide accurate and complete documentation

Nothing in these Terms limits 999w's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

The 999w platform is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the platform or any of its services.

999w reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion. Grounds for suspension or termination include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent registration information
• Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Suspected or confirmed involvement in prohibited conduct as described in Section 9
• Chargebacks initiated against 999w without legitimate grounds
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months, subject to applicable dormancy provisions
• A request by the player to close their own account

In the event of account closure for cause, 999w reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Any Real Money Balance determined to be legitimately held by the player will be returned to the appropriate payment method following the conclusion of any investigation, subject to the deduction of any amounts owed to 999w.

999w reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 999w will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the 999w platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and close your account.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 999w's operating licence is issued. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.

For player complaints, 999w operates a formal disputes resolution process. Players who wish to raise a complaint should:

2. Allow 999w a reasonable period — not less than 7 business days — to investigate and respond

4. If the matter remains unresolved after the internal complaints process is exhausted, the player may refer the dispute to the relevant dispute resolution body under 999w's licensing authority

Nothing in this clause limits a player's rights under applicable consumer protection laws in their jurisdiction of residence.
